A project set up to ensure the next generation of talent thrive in the creative industries.

Creativity blossoms when there are shared aspirational spaces to collaborate and inspirational people to bounce ideas off.

And yet whilst workplace offices are nowhere near their pre-pandemic occupancy levels, particularly at certain times of the week, young creatives are finding it harder than ever to access affordable spaces in London.

Future Fridays is a simple concept which aims to change this. Every Friday young creatives will collaborate with other creatives on a passion project of their choice in professional settings.

WHO

As a young creative, expect to receive the following:

Payment to execute your creative project (6 hours paid for the 8 week programme at London living wage + travel expenses)
8 weeks of mentorship from an experienced industry professional
A network of like minded and talented creatives that you can collaborate with on projects
A co-working room located at EssenceMediaCom to work on your project
The opportunity to contribute your creative ideas to a live creative brief for leading brands

WHO

Aspiring creatives between 18-25 years old.

You must be able to commute to central London every Friday from 12-6pm with an identified creative project that you would like to complete by the end of the programme. In addition, you should be able to recognise the challenges that you have faced in progressing your creative project and can identify how Future Fridays will address this.
